Avionté’s Client Connection Forum 2013 is just two weeks away and the office is bustling as employees of all departments make their final preparations for the big event! We now have over 200 attendees and over 70 companies registered for the event, which will make this year our biggest Client Connection ever!

While we know many registrants personally already, we recognize that for many of you who are signed up to come out here next month, this will be your first attendance at Client Connection. So to give those of you who’ve never been to our Client Connection Forum, here is a more detailed idea of what topics we will cover in our Wednesday and Thursday Forum sessions:

Both Forum days will begin with a breakfast, where we’ll provide food and icebreaker conversation topics to get you all mingling before we jump into the informative morning sessions. We’ll have question and answer sessions throughout both days of the forum as well, where attendees will be able to talk with Avionté employees from our support, training, IT and development departments. Our employees will be there ready to answer any questions you may have.

Wednesday morning’s sessions will be focused on training. A variety of topics will be discussed such as reports, administration, back office best practices, candidate management and web portal best practices. After a break for lunch, we’ll begin our breakout sessions, in which we will cover Affordable Care Act updates, professional services, sales, management/executive, IT, and temp.

After breakfast on Thursday morning, we will start the day by going over some highlights regarding the newest version of our software, 13.1. Then, our guest speaker Amy Munroe will present about her experiences as a Staffing eTrainer at MTS Inc. We will talk about what’s on the horizon for Avionté and you’ll get a chance to ask questions to our leadership panel. In the afternoon, we’ll have more breakout sessions set up, which will cover role-based workflow, paperless compliance, quality assurance, risk management, integrations and training processes.

Then, on Friday, before you all head back home, we have coordinated a golf outing at the Inver Wood Golf Course in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. And for those of you who opted out of golfing, we will be meeting in the lobby’s of the DoubleTree and the Crowne Plaza to take anyone who is interested to our corporate office for a tour and lunch, so you can see where everything happens!

This is sure to be a great event. We’ve got a countdown taking place in the office and we hope you do too!
