Customer Care Team - Avionte

With our 5th Annual Client Connection Forum event right around the corner, we’re staying busy at the Avionté office as we prepare for the arrival of over 250 attendees early next month! The event will be packed full of opportunities for our clients to learn, network and have fun. We can’t wait to have so many of our clients together in one place!

The Client Connection event team, made up of employees from multiple departments, and our Client Experience Representatives (pictured left) have all been given tasks as we prepare for the upcoming Forum. Brigid Isenmann joined the Avionté team in April as the Director of Customer Experience and has played a key part in both preparing for this year’s Client Connection Forum event, and in lighting a new spark for the Customer Experience team.

Director of Client Experience at Avionte Brigid IsenmannBrigid (pictured right) came to Avionté after spending over ten years working within the staffing industry, so she understands the needs that are out there. She also has extensive experience managing client service initiatives and process improvement. Since coming on board, the Customer Experience department has gone through a number of changes that have positively benefited our clients.

Recently, Avionté’s Client Experience employees combined with the support and U.S. Services departments to create team environments. Each team is made up of two Customer Experience Representatives, along with one trainer, three support techs, and one U.S. Services team member. With this team-based setup, clients have a designated team of employees that can really hone in on how their staffing clients operate and what their unique needs are, leading to a better turnaround time and better long-term support.

And lately, Brigid’s team has been heavily focused on the approaching Client Connection Forum! They’ve reached out to our clients to determine what they want to learn at the event, and have created training sessions, presentations and more to cater to those requests!

Our Client Experience department really is a key component of Avionté’s success, and it has been great having Brigid on board for all of our new department changes!
