Our employees gathered earlier today for an all-company meeting to go over final details regarding our 5th Annual Client Connection Forum, which will take place next week! Can you believe the event is only a few business days away?
Over 270 attendees will be coming to the event this year, making it the largest Client Connection Forum yet! If you’re attending this year, here are a few things to prepare beforehand, so that you can make the most of the event while you’re here.
1. Have you signed up for a one-on-one? Take advantage of the opportunity to meet with an Avionté team member. Meeting times are available throughout the conference. Follow this link to get signed up.
2. Plan your sessions in advance. We’ve got training sessions prepared for Back Office, Sourcing, Web Portals, ACA, Taxes, Reports and more! This year, we’ve catered the sessions for both Avionte rookies and pros, so whether you’re just getting started with Aviontė or you’re a pro in the application, we’ve got some great sessions lined up for you.
3. Decide how you’re getting around. The conference will take place on Wednesday, August 6th, and Thursday, August 7th, at the Minneapolis Convention Center, but we’re also giving tours at the Avionté office, and hosting evening events at nearby venues, like the Union Rooftop and Brit’s Pub. Our staff will be around to help you get where you need to go, but plan ahead and ask us for assistance if you need it!
4. Join the conversation. Like us on our social media sites like Facebook and Twitter, and get involved in the coversation before, at and after the event by using the hashtag #AvionteCCF. Ask us questions, connect with others that are attending, and keep up with all of our Client Connection updates! It’s the easiest way to stay connected with us.
