Tip of The Week Header

In Avionté v14.2 and beyond, when an Employee does not have a GEOcode populated, the user will need to add it to the Employee record. This will be applicable in cases such as Online Applicants and Resume Parsed.

1. Navigate to the Employee Detail screen and click Select All in the Address section.

2. The Employee Address window opens. In the address window, place your cursor in the Zip Code field and tab off (after ensuring that the Zip Code is correct).

3. Select the GEOcode that matches the address (more than one may be listed).

4. Click Save once the GEOcode has been selected.
