What will your Strategic Account Executive do for you?
- Offer insight, advice, ideas and best practices for workflow and efficiency
- Provide updates and webinars on new or changed features and functionality, as well as refresher and new-hire training
- Coordinate the set-up of ancillary products and services such as web portals and third party integrations
- Manage customization and modification requests
- Schedule and manage upgrades and new release information
- Oversee and provide updates on development requests and ideas, review timelines
- Review support calls or software issues and escalate when needed
- Provide service reviews, including a billing audit, training audit, issue summary and development completed
