What will your Strategic Account Executive do for you?

  • Offer insight, advice, ideas and best practices for workflow and efficiency
  • Provide updates and webinars on new or changed features and functionality, as well as refresher and new-hire training
  • Coordinate the set-up of ancillary products and services such as web portals and third party integrations
  • Manage customization and modification requests
  • Schedule and manage upgrades and new release information
  • Oversee and provide updates on development requests and ideas, review timelines
  • Review support calls or software issues and escalate when needed
  • Provide service reviews, including a billing audit, training audit, issue summary and development completed
