“We’re redefining what ‘cutting-edge recruiting software’ means.”
The Challenge: Dated software stifles growth
Headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, Nextaff provides workforce solutions to clients and employees in 27 states. Nextaff offers employers a range of services and solutions for their entire employment cycle and specializes in helping businesses in all sectors find superb talent within their respective marketplaces.
When Nextaff initially contacted Avionté, they were using two different software systems, both of which were functioning on out-of-date programs.
They weren’t even able to pull reports.
Acknowledging that this was negatively affecting their abilities to expand, Nextaff’s Vice President of Partner Development, John Thomas, began searching for a new software provider.
“The ability to grow my business wasn’t there,” John said.
The Avionté Difference
To create company-wide consistency, Nextaff decided to switch all locations to one software system. John chose Avionté because we offered cutting-edge technology that they hadn’t seen anywhere else.
With Avionté by their side, Nextaff went through a thorough conversion process, with three different types of conversions. Now that the software has been installed, John indicated that our diverse range of functions has given Nextaff an end product that they can feel confident in.
The Results: Dramatic back office time savings; real business tools
Avionté can provide customized reports, but Nextaff feels even their standard product does the job well. John said the payroll and time-entry process is simple and easy to manage, so Nextaff’s time spent in back office payroll has dramatically decreased.
In John’s words:
“Avionté gives me the ability to produce reports that help me run my business – not just look at history. Through their standardized platform, they are addressing the needs of the staffing industry.”
Building Ongoing Partnerships
John thinks the Avionté’s customer care program is outstanding. He said we’re always available, and unlike their previous software vendor, we don’t charge for help or for customer service calls, even if they exceed a certain number of calls per month.
“If there is a problem, you can pick up the phone and get a live person who will walk you through potential solutions,” John said. “If none of those solutions work, they will escalate you to a higher level of service, and within 24 hours, the problem will be fixed. They are very, very responsive.”
