Sadiksha Dhakal, a QA analyst at our Nepal office, was chosen as their Employee of the Month for June! Sadiksha’s day-to-day tasks at the office include general application testing, regression testing, testing bug fixes, creating feature files for the related tickets and various upgrading tasks. Sadiksha has been a hard working and valuable asset to the development team in Nepal. She said her favorite thing about working with Avionte is the people she’s able to work with and also the overall work environment.
“The people around here are quite helpful and co-operative and also self-responsible and fun to work with,” Dhakal said. “And there is not much hierarchy and everyone is treated with equal importance.”
Outside of work, Sadiksha is quite adventurous! She said she loves to go hiking, bungy jumping and rafting. She also enjoys music. In her free time she likes to sing and play the guitar.
