CCF 2013: An Interview with Sarah Whitney, Director of Client Services

As the Director of Client Services at Avionté, Sarah Whitney has been involved in much of the planning for this year’s Client Connection event. For Client Connection, Sarah’s worked with the team to organize the Forum’s schedule and to finalize all presentations. And since she’s been so heavily involved with getting things prepped for this year’s Forum, we asked Sarah what she thinks clients should expect to gain by attending the event this year:

“This year, the training sessions are more of a combination of training and question and answer sessions, which will provide clients with an ability to ask what they really want to know on the subject matter,” Whitney said. “For the round table sessions, the clients are really led by peer to peer discussions on the room topics, so they’ll be able to hear best practice tips from other people that use Avionté Software every day.”

But Whitney said it’s not just the Forum sessions that clients should be excited about. We have some great events planned for after the Forum, including a welcome and networking reception at the Crowne Plaza’s Windows on the River venue, an Avionteville paddleboat party and a golf tournament.

“It’s not just about training,” Whitney said. “We have events set up for our clients to socialize with their peers and the staff of Avionté. You’ll have a chance to talk to everyone: the partners in the company, as well as employees from all departments including Development, IT, Sales, Marketing, Support and Customer Care.”

Meet Sarah Whitney:

Sarah Whitney manages our team of dedicated Customer Care Representatives. The department’s main focus is client satisfaction, which we work to obtain not only throughout the initial training process but throughout the lifetime of our partnerships. She joined our team in late November, bringing over 18 years of management experience with her, mostly in the retail environment.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, either making jewelry or scrap booking with her daughter or spending time with her family at the shooting range.
