With just a little over a week to go before Client Connection 2013, we thought it would be a helpful to introduce you to some of the people you’ll be interacting with a great deal at our Forum: our Customer Care Representatives! Throughout the week, we’ll be posting bios and fun facts about these folks, so that you can begin to get to know the faces behind the names.
Today, we focus on Paul Claxton, Ali Johnston and Steve Julsrud:
Meet: Paul Claxton
Paul joined the Marines right out of High School in 2000. In 2010 he left and began recruiting for the Army National Guard, which he did for about a year. Since then, he’s built the bulk of his corporate experience in 3rd party agencies, recruiting for direct hire placement positions at Link Executive Search LLC.
Paul’s a music enthusiast and especially loves blues and music from the 70’s and 80’s. He also enjoys participating in athletic endevors. He spends his free time reading, attending live venues and community events, drawing, playing chess and is a scotch and wine lover.
Meet: Ali Johnston
Ali comes to us with a background in recruiting. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point with a degree in Communication, Ali began her career as a recruiter for a medical staffing company in Appleton, WI. Then, she took a job as a Trainer at Footlocker.com/Eastbay and later became a Branch Manager and Sales Rep for QPS Employment Group.
Ali recently moved to Eagan and said a few of her hobbies include dancing, hiking, cooking and spending as much time with her dogs as she can!
Meet: Steve Julsrud
At his previous position, Steve worked directly with customers at Walgreens, where he worked as a Sr. Pharmacy Technician. There, he resolved third party payment issues and managed inventory and day-to-day tasks. Before that, Steve worked in a small garage in North Dakota doing mostly oil changes and brake jobs while attending school.
In his free time, Steve said he likes to hang out with friends, eat good food and listen to good music.
