Meeting Our Customer Care Team. Wednesday’s Focus: Missy, Rob and Dana!

There’s less than one week to go before Client Connection 2013! Throughout the week, we’ll be posting bios and fun facts about our Customer Care team, so that you can begin to get to know the faces behind the names.

Today, we focus on Missy Dahms, Rob Harker and Dana Olson:


Meet: Missy Dahms

Before recently joining our Customer Care team at Avionté, Missy worked for Teachers On Call, a substitute staffing service, for 13 years, most recently as a Director. At Teachers On Call, Missy worked with a team to place substitute teachers into schools throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.

In her spare time, Missy loves to be with horses! She said she spends most of her weekends running her barrel horses at rodeos.


Meet: Rob Harker

Rob is one of our most recent hires at Avionté and brings to the company a background that includes extensive experience in staffing, staffing software and higher education. The majority of his experience is in the areas of training and classroom instruction, as well as client consulting and customer service.

In his free time, Rob enjoys doing outdoor activities including golfing, camping, volleyball, biking and running. He also loves to travel! For diehard golfers, he recommends visiting Scotland’s The Old Course at St. Andrews!


Meet: Dana Olson

In her previous position, Dana Olson worked as a Staff Accountant in the finance department, where she prepared various types of tax returns. Before that, Dana worked for Target as a Merchandise Specialist in the frames and lighting department.

Dana loves to shop, plan and craft decorations for parties, volunteer and spend time with her friends, her family, and her Boston Terrier.
