This week is the first week for four new Avionté employees! Monday was the first day for our three new Customer Care team members, Dana Olson, Christine Kulig, and Steve Julsrud, and was also the first day for our newest member of our support team, Courtney Dietzmann.
Dana Olson worked as a Staff Accountant in the finance department at her previous job, where she prepared various types of tax returns. Before that, Dana worked for Target as a Merchandise Specialist in the frames and lighting department. In her free time, Dana likes to shop, plan and craft decorations for parties, volunteer and spend time with her friends, her family, and her Boston Terrier.
Christine Kulig has a deep background in Customer Service, and comes to us from The Hartford where she worked in their life insurance processing department. Christine is a self-proclaimed hockey fan. Aside from watching games, she spends her free time hanging out with friends, shopping and baking.
Steve Julsrud worked directly with customers in his previous position at Walgreens, where he worked as a Sr. Pharmacy Technician, resolving third party payment issues and managing inventory and day to day tasks. He said he spends his free time enjoying most things that could be considered, “geeky, neat or peculiar” in his terms.
Courtney Dietzmann joined our Support team on Monday. She cames to us from her previous job with Amcom Software, where she said she worked mostly on implementations and interfacing. She has a strong background in product support and also has a background in staffing. Her hobbies include baking, hunting, camping and biking.
