Business Development Representative

We are a fast-growing software company in need of a highly motivated individual to join our new business sales team as a Business Development Representative. This is a great role for someone that has the desire and passion for a sales career and is looking for a place to gain experience and grow. The position will be focused on helping us find and secure new leads for our sales team through proactive outreach including outbound calls and campaigns

This is what you’ll do:

  • Source and research prospective targets and connect with prospects via phone, email, mass communication, and social media.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals and metrics
  • Conduct outbound calls and engage prospects with fact-finding questions
  • Manage data within
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to implement business development initiatives
  • Assist the sales team with bringing leads to the qualified stage
