Customer Service & Implementation Support

SimpleVMS is a growing cloud-based VMS solution. We are looking to add to our support and implementation team.

Local candidates (Cincinnati, OH) only, please. This is NOT a remote / telecommute position. 

Responsibilities and Duties
· Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the client/vendor on-boarding process.
· Works in collaboration with other internal departments to identify needs for new features, processes, tutorials, etc.
· Works closely with our customers to support them in the use of the software via phone and email communications.
· Conducts remote or onsite trainings of the system. Some domestic travel may be required (25% or less)
· Communicates with new system users to provide guidance on system use, Q & A training sessions, best practices, etc.
· Creation of new client and vendor buildout within the system
· Conduct testing and provide feedback of new software customization and features to our onsite development team
· Create tutorials on new features and customization.
· Responsible for 1 to 2 on-call shifts per week to assist SimpleVMS customers. On call hours are from 5PM to 9PM EST.

· Staffing/recruiting or IT help desk experience preferred
· Travel up to 25%
