SimpleVMS, a division of Avionte, is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer implementation, enablement, and ongoing solutions support for our cloud-based VMS platform. This role serves as the primary customer-facing representative throughout the entire customer lifecycle—from onboarding through ongoing partnership management. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management capabilities with exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Project Management
Lead end-to-end software implementation projects for new clients and vendors
Communicate directly with client and vendor representatives at all levels of leadership
Facilitate and implement all phases of the client/vendor onboarding process
Create new client and vendor account buildouts within the system
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and maintain project documentation
Customer Enablement & Training
Conduct remote and onsite training sessions on system functionality and best practices
Test, create tutorials and documentation on new features and customizations
Identify opportunities for new training materials, processes, and resources
Maintain and suggest best practices for client/vendor onboarding and enablement
Customer Solutions & Support
Work closely with customers to support ongoing use of the software via phone and email
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance
Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal departments on feature requests and process improvements
Conduct testing and provide feedback on new software customizations, products, and features to the development team
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the partnership lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications
Staffing/recruiting industry experience
SaaS technical support experience
IT help desk background
Experience with VMS or workforce management systems
