Working within our marketing team, you will serve as a key player to help manage our inbound leads, tradeshows and execute key initiatives across all areas of marketing. This role will be challenging, highly varied, fast-paced and extremely rewarding. 

 
This is what you will do:  

 

  • Provide marketing support in a variety of areas 

  • Participate in strategy planning and campaign brainstorming 

  • Assist with planning and executing 30+ in-person and virtual events including conferences, meetings, golf tournaments, happy hours, and dinners. This includes booking hotels, ordering materials, scheduling, shipping materials, and more. 

  • Manage the process for inbound leads, communicating with sales and ongoing analysis of lead sources and performance  

  • Ensure the company’s brand is accurately promoted and communicated internally and externally including managing templates and collateral 

  • Select, order, manage and ship promotional items for clients, employees, and prospect kits. 

  • Serve as the point of contact between the company and various print and promotional supply outlets 

  • Campaign building, contact management, data integrity, and reporting in Salesforce 

  • Manage relationships with industry associations and staying up to date on upcoming events and advertising opportunities 

  • Research and manage awards and recognition opportunities, industry, and general business  

  • Assist in planning and executing company social events, volunteer activities, and meetings 

  • Support with various internal graphic design requests, research, social media, video editing and sales support.  

 

 

This is what you will need:  

 

  • 2+ years of professional marketing experience (B2B preferred) 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, or related field 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 

  • Eagerness to learn, contribute, and be part of the team 

  • Comfortable with taking on new tasks, overcoming challengesand making independent decisions  

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills 

  • Quick self-starter, team-oriented and able to work with different personalities and professional styles 

  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant 

  • Video creating and editing experience a plus 

  • Familiarity with Canva, Salesforce, Asana, Hubspot and SharePoint are all a plus 

  • Possesses a good sense for visual appeal and basic design (graphic design experience is a plus) 

  • Ability to envision the broad picture and execute on it
