The QA Analyst will partner with our Development and Support teams to create and execute tests for application features. This role will also work closely with leadership to refine and document processes to improve the quality of systems and improve the flow of work within and between the teams. This position demands a hands-on, team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail.
This is what you’ll do:
- Design, create and execute test cases using automation tools like Playwright / Selenium and API test tools like Bruno / Postman / Insomnia.
- Identify and document software defects and potential enhancements and recommend solutions or workarounds when possible.
- Ownership of go / no-go decisions on staging to production deployments, based on testing pass / fail.
This is what you’ll need:
- Experience with automation tools like Playwright / Selenium and API test tools like Bruno / Postman / Insomnia
- The ability to identify HTML DOM objects using role, title, placeholder text, CSS class, and XPath (for automation tools).
- Self-starting, task-oriented, and the ability to work without micromanagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills within a team environment.
- Programming experience, in particular writing unit tests is helpful, but not required.
- Knowledge or experience working within the recruiting, Vendor Management, Applicant Tracking or similar Software-As-A-Service businesses is helpful, but not required.
