Sales Assistant, SimpleVMS

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our team, who will play a pivotal role in supporting key executives and supporting the sales team across a variety of administrative functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role is a hybrid role with some days working in our Cincinnati, OH, office during the week.
 
This is what you’ll do:
 
  • Provide executive administrative support to execs including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between the SimpleVMS sales team and other departments within the company, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Assist in the successful execution of marketing campaigns focused on driving sales leads.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phones and updating systems.
  • Assist in the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Help maintain CRM databases and other sales-related software systems as needed.
 
This is what you’ll need:
 
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
