Sales Training Specialist

Avionté is an innovative software technology firm and due to our continued growth, we are looking to add a Sales Training Expert to our growing team! In this position you will be a key partner responsible for increasing sales of the Avionte platform by enabling our internal sales team to drive high performance. This is what you’ll do: 
  • Effectively articulate our solution’s vision, capabilities, and business value for our clients to all of our sales team that teaches them how to effectively sell our platform.
  • Provides pre-sales and/or post-sales operational support
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Avionté software platform and be well versed in not only its capability and functionality but more importantly the value it provides to our clients
  • Facilitate learning related to our technology and product offerings in addition to professional selling skills, sales processes, and information about our clients and industry
  • Contact and schedule internal and external lecturers, motivational speakers, and technical or product specialists for specialized training sessions
  • Collaborate with existing subject matter experts on current and upcoming solutions, in order to contribute to the design and maintenance of current and effective training programs
  • Monitor and measure effectiveness of all sales training including facilitating assessments and grading training attendees
  • Focuses on delivering a positive customer or partner experience
  • Drives sales operations process improvements
  • Evaluate program feedback and align results via performance consulting with IT, HR, Sales/Service Leadership, and other stakeholders
  • Stay current with the competitive marketplace and latest technologies to educate prospects on the unique Avionté differences and keep the internal team up to date 
  • Be well versed in the partner program 
This is what you’ll need:
  • Passion for the Staffing Industry
  • Familiarity and interest with HRIS software solutions
  • 2+ years of experience in Business-to-Business Sales
  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Training or in a Learning and Development role 
  • Aptitude to professionally develop self and the sales team 
  • High degree of technical aptitude and curiosity
  • Detail oriented and has strong communication skills
  • Commitment to documentation and detailed requirements gathering
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other preferred but not required
