Avionté is a fast-growing software technology firm working with clients in the staffing industry.  This role involves creating comprehensive and user-friendly documentation, training materials, and micro videos to support rapid implementation, post-live assistance, and ongoing engagement. The ideal candidate not only excels in technical writing but also possesses the ability to craft engaging micro videos that aid in training and knowledge dissemination.


Here is what you'll do:

  • Develop an intimate understanding of our products to craft easily digestible digital documentation, comprehensive training resources, and concise micro videos that deliver tangible and quantifiable value.

  • Collaborate closely with internal technical teams, including product management, to deeply comprehend upcoming releases. This ensures the availability of high-quality documentation and training assets concurrent with feature launches.

  • Explore innovative avenues for delivering online documentation, including novel approaches to micro video creation.

  • Address the full spectrum of user documentation requirements, from onboarding new users to supporting existing ones as new features and enhancements are rolled out.

  • Offer constructive feedback and editorial assistance for documentation produced by fellow team members.

  • Develop effective instructional resources like knowledge articles, sample content assets, diagrams, and succinct instructional videos.

  • Utilize user feedback and engagement metrics to refine and enhance documentation and training provisions continually.

  • Collaborate closely with development to comprehend new functionalities and bug fixes, enabling the creation of clear, concise and professionally articulated release notes.


Here is what you'll need:

  • A fervent enthusiasm for leveraging technical documentation and eLearning to expedite the assimilation of new technologies.

  • Exceptional writing prowess capable of capturing and retaining end users' interest.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

  • Proficient video creation skills to develop engaging micro videos for training purposes.

  • Experience with basic HTML, CSS, Zendesk, Pendo and Adobe Premier is a plus.
