The Challenge

Truex was looking for a reliable CRM that would solve three key issues the team was having with their previous system:

Customer Service. Questions would arise and the recruiting team needed assistance, but the customer service at their previous provider was very unhelpful, and may as well have been non-existent.

Outdated. The system lacked updates and the modern functionality needed to thrive in today’s recruiting world.
