First off, we want to thank everyone who has generously given towards the Avionte Hope Foundation – Nepal Fundraising campaign, and also thank all of you for your kind words and support.

Sadiksha Dhakal, a QA analyst at our Nepal office, was chosen as their Employee of the Month for June! Sadiksha’s day-to-day tasks at the office include general application testing, regression testing, testing bug fixes, creating feature files for the related tickets and various upgrading tasks.

Congratulations to Sarina Bhochibhoya, who has been voted as May’s Employee of the Month out of our Nepal office! Sarina assists our U.S. team as an Application Developer wihin Nepal’s technical services department.

We consider ourselves lucky, here at the Avionté office in Eagan, Minn. Why? Because in addition to our team of employees in the U.S., we have a brilliant and talented team that works with us out of Kathmandu, Nepal, who bring a wide range of experience to our growing company.

This week, our office has been filled to the brim with enthusiasm and energy as we prepare for the upcoming year-end events. After a successful and rewarding year in 2012, we’re excited for 2013 and optimistic about what the New Year has in store for us.

As a software developer, the first few months of each new job I’ve had have been some of the most exciting times of my life. Each new start is an adventure, full of risk and reward, with mountains to climb and gaps to mind.
