As SVP of Customer Operations at Avionté, Jason is responsible for the services and support we provide to our customers in the use of our products. This includes being responsible for ensuring our new customers are deployed and productive in the use of our products. Jason ensures our team is available to assist our customers in learning more about our products, streamlining their day-to-day operations, and maintaining their satisfaction.
Jason has over 25 years of experience in software consulting, implementation, and SaaS Customer Success executive leadership. A consistent theme throughout his experience has been a focus on the customer and an alignment on their success. He believes we must strategically align ourselves around the outcomes of our customers, and we must measure ourselves and our performance through the impact we have on them. Jason is sure this will be an evolving process for us as we will always look for ways to improve our impact and our outcomes.
