We are on an older system. It’s clunky. It’s obsolete. People want something faster, better. Clients are screaming because they need people to fill their positions. And right now, it’s competitive. So the only way we’re ever gonna be able to win, I think, is to leverage technology and the personal experience that comes with recruiting. The workforce that we serve is a lot of non English speaking and they’re not tech savvy. To put put them on a Chromebook to try to fill out an application and do everything themselves, they can’t do it. I see what the recruiters struggle with and it’s forty five minutes to onboard a candidate. It’s not easy to do it. Avionté, they have a vision of understanding what was happening in the market. A lot of the other partners that we looked at, they just didn’t seem to have that vision roadmap. Avionté looks at all of their customers as true partners. They’re rooting for you every step of the way, which is awesome. They even deployed the app in some of our branches to allow us to test it out where it was a lot of non English speaking workers that were able to figure it out. I’m excited to bring it to the team because I’m looking forward to seeing what they can do with it. It’s gonna be a game changer. I really I I truly, truly believe it.
