As CEO of Avionté, Rishabh is focused on helping customers succeed through thought leadership, innovation and service excellence. A serial entrepreneur and seasoned CEO, Rishabh has successfully led technology-enabled businesses in payroll, benefits, and healthcare services with leading US and international private equity funds.
Rishabh previously served as Director and CEO for Ascender HCM, a leading payroll and HCM provider in Australasia, where he led the acquisition and transformation of the business. He was a member of the Executive Advisory Council for CVC, a multi-billion global tech private equity fund, most recently serving as Executive Chairman for BoltInc. He is the co-founder & former Executive Chairman of Kinela and serves as a Strategic Advisor to Pharmacord. Rishabh was a General Partner at Archer Capital, a $3 billion private equity fund where he served as Chairman of the Board of Supercars and was a Director of HealtheCare. Rishabh served as the CEO of SHPS, Inc., a leading private-equity backed provider of HR outsourcing, benefits management and consumer-driven health plans, CEO of Landacorp, a private equity backed medical management software business. Prior to SHPS, he was co-founder and CEO of Abilizer Solutions, a pioneering portal software firm focused on innovative employee benefits (sold to BEA).
Rishabh is a graduate of Tufts University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. Rishabh brings vast experience in technology leadership, acquisition, growth strategy, and HCM to Avionté.

Jakob is co-founder and CEO of WorkN. Together with co-founder and CTO, Steve Blakely, Jakob brings more than 20 years’ experience in building successful software companies. Started in 2015, the vision for WorkN came out of the desire to power a fundamental change in the way that work is organized. Prior to starting WorkN in 2015, Jake and Steve founded Capiche, a leading video staffing platform for language interpreters (acquired by Stratus Video), and Albridge Solutions, an investment management platform for Financial Advisors (acquired by PNC Bank). Jakob currently serves on the Board of Delta Data Software and the Advisory Board for University of GA Terry College of Business. Jake is a graduate of the University of GA- Terry College of Business and resides in Atlanta, GA.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, GROWTH
As the SVP of Growth, Brigid leads the cross-functional teams that directly impact the service experience and success of our customers in the areas of technical support, account management, training, and technical services. Brigid owns the customer journey and makes it a priority to ensure Avionté engages with our customers in a way that delivers incredible customer service with a positive business impact.
With a background of nearly 10 years in the staffing industry, including Managing Director of Cynthia Cook, Inc., a full-service staffing company, Brigid has a deep understanding of staffing operations and the ability to see the service experience from an Avionté customer perspective.

CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER
As Avionté’s Chief Product Officer, Sushma oversees the design and user experience for all Avionté software products, including AviontéBOLD, INSIGHTS, and the 24/7 Mobile Platform. Sushma focuses on developing solutions that deliver the optimal customer experience and outcomes for all stakeholders including talent, recruiters, and administrators.
Sushma brings more than 25 years of experience in human capital management and technology, with direct hands-on experience designing and managing large scale HR technology and service operations. Prior to Avionté, Sushma served as a Vice President, Strategic Advisory Services at ADP. In this role, Sushma worked directly with clients on business strategy, process optimization, compliance and leading business practices across all Human Capital Management services. Prior to ADP, Sushma served as the SVP, Product Management for SHPS|Carewise Health, and Vice President of Operations. There, Ms. Tripathi was an instrumental part of the strategic team focused on innovative product development activities to ensure alignment with client goals and delivered the best experience for clients and participants. Prior to joining SHPS|Carewise Health, she served as a Director, Product Development and Management for Cigna, as well as various positions in benefits administration at Independence Blue Cross and Strawbridge & Clothier.
Sushma has a Master of Business Administration degree from Drexel University with dual majors in finance and human resources management.

As Chief Technology Officer for Avionté, Odell oversees the technology teams, tools, and processes that provide the foundation of the Avionté platform. This includes software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and information technology.
Odell brings over 28 years of experience building and operating large-scale software platforms. Odell has a BBA from the University of North Dakota. Prior to Avionté, Odell served as CTO for CoConstruct, SVP of Engineering for NBC SportsEngine, CTO at Xata/XRS, Chief Architect at Gearworks, and Sr. Director of Enterprise Architecture at Digital River. In these roles, Odell led teams responsible for developing cloud-based software-as-a-service platforms for both the consumer and B2B markets.

As Chief Operating Officer at Avionté, Jason is responsible for the services and support we provide to our customers in the use of our products. This includes being responsible for ensuring our new customers are deployed and productive in the use of our products. Jason ensures our team is available to assist our customers in learning more about our products, streamlining their day-to-day operations, and maintaining their satisfaction.
Jason has over 25 years of experience in software consulting, implementation, and SaaS Customer Success executive leadership. A consistent theme throughout his experience has been a focus on the customer and an alignment on their success. He believes we must strategically align ourselves around the outcomes of our customers, and we must measure ourselves and our performance through the impact we have on them. Jason is sure this will be an evolving process for us as we will always look for ways to improve our impact and our outcomes.

CHIEF STRATEGY & MARKETING OFFICER
Christopher Ryan leads the Strategy and Marketing functions for Avionté. He brings more than three decades of consulting, thought leadership, and corporate experience in Human Capital Management.
Chris came to Avionté from ADP where he served as the VP of Research for Strategic Advisory Services. In that role, Chris provided guidance to ADP’s diverse client base on a broad range of HCM topics, including HR Strategy, Regulatory Risk, and HR Technology. Key areas of focus included U.S. Labor Trends, employment practices, and workforce management. Chris has also written and spoken extensively about part-time and temporary workers, employee retention, gender pay equity, emerging trends in compensation, U.S. labor shortages, and the economic impact of the Affordable Care Act.
Chris joined ADP through the acquisition of SHPS HR Solutions in 2012, where he served as EVP, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer for the enterprise. Prior to SHPS, Chris held consulting and leadership positions at Hewitt Associates, Arthur Andersen, Watson Wyatt, and Deloitte & Touche.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Chicago with a B.A. in physics. Mr. Ryan also holds an MBA in marketing and management policy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
As Chief Financial Officer of Avionte, Brad is responsible for all financial, tax, accounting, legal and M & A functions. He has been a CFO of multiple publicly traded and private equity backed companies for the past 30 years in technology enabled services and multi-location healthcare services. His passion is to simplify, streamline and automate complex systems.
CHIEF OF STAFF
Varun joins the team with over 5 years of experience leading B2B enterprise software customer success, solutions engineering, sales, product management, and implementation teams. Before Avionte, Varunworked for Epic (enterprise healthcare software) in Madison, WI. During his tenure at Epic, Varun relocated to Dubai where he was General Manager for their Middle East office. Varun left Epic to pursue his MBA at Harvard Business School. While in business school, Varun worked at Amazon Web Services and advised several startups on product management and growth strategy.

As the Vice President of Professional Services, Chris helps our customers align their goals through leading practice advisory, use adoption, change management, and value creation. His team works in concert with the sales, implementation, support, and client management to ensure that maximum ROI can be realized from the Avionte portfolio of products.
Chris brings 23 years of SaaS delivery, HR Tech Consulting, and Staffing Operations leadership at companies like Accenture, IBM, The Adecco Group, and most recently Checkr where he led the HR Outsourcing Industry Strategy practice. Chris is a recognized thought leader and has a passion for driving change that is aligned to industry trends, but delivered with a process that aligns to your business and culture.

As Senior Vice President of Engineering at Avionté, Sarat Kakumanu oversees the product engineering and processes that form the foundation of the Avionté platform.
Sarat brings more than 25 years of experience in product engineering building CRM, FFA (Field Force Automation) and eCommerce products. Prior to Avionté, Sarat served as SVP of Engineering for Aleran Software, a B2B eCommerce provider, VP at Xata/XRS, Senior Director at Optum and Technical Architect at BestBuy. With his extensive experience in SaaS, Cloud Architecture, development methodologies and product implementation, Sarat has successfully led geographically distributed teams and multiple software product releases targeting both B2B and B2B2C markets. Sarat is a graduate of Iowa State University with a Masters in Electronics & Computer Engineering.

As VP of Partnerships, Scott Poeschl leads the vision and strategy for Avionté’s partnership program. Scott oversees the cross-functional
efforts that support and grow the partner program from integration development, technical support, partner management and partner marketing. Scott is always looking to deliver partnerships that engage with our clients in a way that delivers incredible value and positive business impact for their firm.
Scott brings 20 years of experience in the HR technology space with a decade at ADP, and various other roles supporting partnership integrations to a client’s tech stack. Scott has a unique passion for operational efficiency in talent acquisition, payroll processing, and API integrations, which comes through as he works with partners and clients.
