We took a tech-first approach. We knew that we needed to be a very high-tech enabled staffing company. There’s just a lot of opportunity in both the gig space and giving people more control over how they wanna work. Having a strategy on the front end to be able to still communicate with candidates, to drive that top of the funnel, to meet the demand of the clients. It should be in everybody’s strategy because if not, you’re just getting left behind. We really believe people and technology work best together, and Avionté was that partner for us. I look at them no differently than my true partners in the business. When you’re pioneering an industry that takes the buy in and support of this C-level of Avionté wanting to support companies like us and not just accepting status quo. I think they absolutely are on the leading edge of innovation. When you stay in tune with actually how this tech is being used and taking that feedback to make it a better experience, you’re always gonna lead from the front and not be looking back. Having them as an trusted partner for us was absolutely critical. Between their core system and their partnerships, we’ve been able to basically scale one of the fastest growing staffing companies in the LI space in North America. I mean, I basically went zero to 4 million year one, 4 million to 14 million year two, and I’m on a pace for 35 million this year.
