As the SVP of Growth, Brigid leads the cross-functional teams that directly impact the service experience and success of our customers in the areas of technical support, account management, training, and technical services. Brigid owns the customer journey and makes it a priority to ensure Avionté engages with our customers in a way that delivers incredible customer service with a positive business impact.  

With a background of nearly 10 years in the staffing industry, including Managing Director of Cynthia Cook, Inc., a full-service staffing company, Brigid has a deep understanding of staffing operations and the ability to see the service experience from an Avionté customer perspective.

As Avionté’s Chief Operating Officer, Sushma oversees all services that directly impact the client and participant experience with Avionté Software, from initial implementation and training through on-going administration.

Sushma brings more than 25 years of experience in human capital management and technology, with direct hands-on experience designing and managing large scale HR technology and service operations. Prior to Avionté, Sushma served as a Vice President of Operations for Total Absence Management at ADP, and then as Vice President, Strategic Advisory Services. In these roles, Sushma worked directly with clients on compliance and leading business practices across all Human Capital Management services. Prior to ADP, Sushma served as the SVP, Product Management for SHPS|Carewise Health, and Vice President of Operations. There, Ms. Tripathi was an instrumental part of the strategic team focused on innovative product development activities to ensure alignment with client goals and delivered the best experience for clients and participants. Prior to joining SHPS|Carewise Health, she served as a Director, Product Development and Management for Cigna, as well as various positions in benefits administration at Independence Blue Cross and Strawbridge & Clothier.

Sushma has a Master of Business Administration degree from Drexel University with dual majors in finance and human resources management.

Account Managers:

Our Account Managers are responsible for leading the overall customer experience. The team works to drive account retention, satisfaction and growth by developing a strong working relationship and a deep understanding of each clients’ unique workflow. Our Account Managers are advocates for customer needs. Their main goal is to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high degree of connectivity related to product utilization and enhancement requests, growth strategies and recommended partnerships.


Training Specialists:

Our Training Specialists train Avionté customers on how to use Avionté software and related products and collaborate with our technical support and services departments to build relationships with Avionté customers. The team also develops and updates all training materials and works to increase employee knowledge of the system through internal trainings. The training team is passionate about creating an interactive and enjoyable learning environment that increases customer profitability and talent satisfaction.

Client Advisory Council: The Innovation Circle

Avionté’s Executive Council, the Innovation Circle, is a group of visionary leaders in the staffing industry who take part in monthly meetings to discuss staffing topics and trends. As advisors, they work closely with Avionté’s Product Team to discuss industry challenges, demo new features and help advise Avionté in shaping their product for the future.
