As Chief Executive Officer at Avionté, Dirk Izzo leads the company’s strategy and operations with a focus on customer outcomes, platform growth, and the responsible application of AI to help staffing firms and the talent they serve work more effectively.

Dirk brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling technology businesses. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Fullsteam Holdings, a payments technology and vertical software company backed by Aquiline Capital Partners, where he was responsible for go-to-market strategy, operations, acquisition integration, and the overall management of Fullsteam’s business units across a portfolio of more than 70 companies.

Prior to Fullsteam, Dirk served as President of Hospitality at NCR Corporation, where he led the division back to double-digit growth on both the top and bottom line through focused execution, product innovation, and operational discipline. Before NCR, he was COO of Nielsen in Asia, based in Singapore, where he led the company’s regional business across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Consulting Principal at IBM Global Services.
