We are excited to announce that Avionté, a recruiting and staffing software company, has been announced as one of 2016’s Top 50 Twin Cities Companies for revenue growth over the past three years. The Minneapolis | St. Paul Business Journal’s annual 2016 Fast 50 Companies list featured Avionté as the 30th fastest-growing, privately held company in the Twin Cities!

Based in Eagan, MN, Avionté has grown from startup to a staffing industry software leader and now provides solutions to over 400 clients and 12,000 users. In the article announcing this year’s Fast 50 winners, John Long, Avionté’s CEO, attributed the company’s fast growth to the focus it places on both customer and employee success.

“We have stayed true to our values, despite our immense growth, said Long. “By focusing on our customers and employees, we can’t get complacent or arrogant. Their success is what’s most important, because without them we don’t grow.”

Avionté has placed on multiple lists highlighting its company culture and employee happiness, including the Star Tribune’s Top Workplaces lists, Minnesota Business Magazine’s Best Companies to Work for list and this year’s inaugural Inc. 50 Best Workplaces national list, which compiled the top 50 companies that have built a great workplace culture and deploy state-of-the-art techniques to keep their staff happy and productive.

In the past three years, Avionté has experienced a revenue growth rate of over 70 percent and has grown in employee count by nearly 50 percent. The company has grown tremendously in the past year alone, recruiting higher-end talent to build out the company’s Executive Management Team and re-working the organizational structure.

This is the second time Avionté has placed on the Twin Cities Fast 50 list, having placed in 2014 as well, as 19th 2014 Minneapolis Fast 50 Company. Earlier this year, Avionté also placed on the national 2016 Inc. 5000 list as a fastest-growing U.S.-based company for the fifth year in a row.
