Client Connection 2017: 5 Things You Should (Definitely) Do

Avionté’s annual user conference, Client Connection, is coming up!

The event will take place July 26-27 at the Minneapolis Marriott City Center, with events leading up to the main forum days on July 25th!

If you’re one of our 350+ attendees, get ready; this year’s forum will be a highly-informative and equally fun three days! Here are some things you should definitely be doing at this year’s forum, (including your ultimate “checklist” guide!):

1. Take Advantage of the Learning

The 2017 Client Connection Forum offers more breakout and round table sessions than ever before. With topics covering compliance, sourcing, onboarding, company culture and more – these sessions are set up to provide optimal learning in an environment conducive to discussion and offer content for attendees at all experience levels. New this year, over 10 of our round table and breakout sessions will count for CE credits!

Your checklist items:

  • Ask at least one question during a round table discussion.
  • Get to know a client with a similar business model and day-to-day operations.
  • Go to at least one session that offers continuing ed credits.

2. Get to know Our Partners

Meet and network with our integration partners at the forum! Nearly 15 technology partners of Avionté will be at this year’s event. Our partners will be active throughout the forum and will be set up at stations on the fourth floor to consult with you on any questions you may have!

Your checklist item:

  • Meet at least one of our premier partners.

3. Get to Know the Team

You’ll have plenty of time to get to know our great employees at this year’s forum. Take advantage of meeting the Avionté team in the Minnesota room at the Q & A stations set up at the forum, or mingle with them over breakfast, lunch and at our evening events. You’ll have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with members of each department at Avionté!

Your checklist items:

  • Get to know your Strategic Account Executive, face-to-face.
  • High-five your favorite person in the Minnesota Room.
  • Shake the hand of an Avionté Executive you admire.

4. Network Like a Pro

Client Connection is the ultimate opportunity to network with other Avionté users and increase your relationships in the staffing industry. Get insight from peers who know and understand your challenges and discover new workflows from other day-to-day users. It’s the perfect time to learn from (and let loose with) your peers!

Your checklist item:

  • Attend a CCF evening event.

5. Get Mobile-First

Avionté has become mobile-first – so we figured our event should too! Get mobile-first at this year’s forum by utilizing things like our app and social pages to stay informed, throughout the event. Our guidebook app, free for you to use, includes the full schedule and details of our entire forum. Plus, receive live updates throughout the event that you can only get through the app.

Your checklist items:

  • Check into the app and join the conversation.
  • Tweet a quote you hear in a general session using #AvionteCCF.

If you keep these to-dos in mind, you’ll walk away from the conference having experienced it all!
