Corey Cook takes a “Hope Day” to work at Feed My Starving Children
Corey Cook, The Avionté Support Manager along with his son Jack (6 yrs) and wife participated in “Feed My Starving Children” yesterday.
Recently, a group of developers from Avionté spent an afternoon preparing and serving dinner for the children and volunteers at the Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery, volunteering as part of the Avionté Hope Day program. The Crisis Nursery has a broad and ambitious goal to end child neglect and abuse and many of the children are victims of trauma or chronic stress and are cared for using specific protocols, intended to strengthen them and help them cope with adversity.
Our development employees had a great time serving food at the nursery. Learn more about their experience on the Avionte Hope blog.
