Partner Solutions Consultant

The Partner Solutions Consultant is responsible for accelerating the sales cycle and driving win rates for opportunities involving third-party partner solutions. This role serves as a subject matter expert, bridging Avionté’s sales organization, partner sales teams, and customers to deliver cohesive, solution-oriented outcomes. The ideal candidate has strong commercial acumen, can articulate complex business and product value, and thrives in a cross-functional, competitive,  fast-paced environment. We are seeking to hire 2 Partner Solutions Consultants to our team!
 
This is what you’ll do:
  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Directors to identify, scope, and position partner-aligned solutions early in the sales cycle. 
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned 3rd-party categories, maintaining deep knowledge of capabilities, integrations, and differentiators. 
  • Coordinate with broader sales teams to align on opportunity strategy, ensure information flow, and streamline co-selling motions. 
  • Establish structured co-selling cadences with partner counterparts, including joint forecasting, pipeline reviews, and shared accountability for mutual wins. 
  • Deliver compelling customer presentations and demos that articulate business value and inspire confidence in the total solution.  
  • Facilitate internal collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure partner messaging and positioning are consistent across touchpoints. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on partner-influenced pipeline performance — providing insights on trends, win rates, and cycle velocity to inform strategy and process improvements. 
  • Lead enablement sessions to educate internal teams on partner solutions, including value propositions, competitive positioning, and integration updates. 
  • Support partner marketing initiatives, including webinars, campaigns, and events.
 
This is what you’ll need:
  • Proven background in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or partner-facing sales within SaaS or technology ecosystems. 
  • Strong understanding of complex B2B solution sales cycles; staffing industry experience preferred. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. 
  • Proven track record of collaborating with external partners and internal sales teams to drive outcomes. 
  • Self-starter comfortable operating with limited structure and a high degree of autonomy. 
  • Previous experience Avionte products and services preferred
