This person works closely with the Partnership Program Manager to execute the partner relationship strategy, ensure partners have the visibility and support they need to serve Avionté customers, and help maintain high-quality integrations and partner experiences.
This is a highly cross-functional, customer- and partner-facing role that blends relationship management, light technical understanding, coordination, and communication. Partner Enablement: Assist with partner onboarding and enablement sessions, including walking partners through program expectations, resources, and technical basics. Maintain up-to-date partner documentation, SOPs, and communications.
Support & Escalation Coordination: Monitor and manage partner support escalations, coordinating with internal support, product, and service teams. Track issues, drive them to resolution, and provide status updates to partners and internal stakeholders.
Technical & Integration Understanding: On-the-job learning, you will develop a strong functional understanding of how partner integrations with Avionté work. Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure partner needs and technical considerations are clearly communicated. Assist partners in understanding integration workflows, capabilities, and high-level build considerations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to support partner visibility, listing updates, and joint communications. Support product and development teams by providing partner insights, feedback, and integration-related context.
This is what you'll need:

Strong communication, writing, and documentation skills – this is a major component of the role.
Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and internal stakeholders simultaneously.
Comfortable leading meetings and facilitating discussions.
Curiosity and aptitude for learning how integrations and technical workflows operate.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, support, or development teams is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
Prior experience in HCM technology and with CRM tools or pipeline tracking is helpful but not required.
Serve as a liaison between customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
Produce clear, organized, and professional communication for internal and external audiences.
Maintain accurate notes, partner records, and documentation to ensure continuity across partner touchpoints.
