We're seeking a Senior Front-End Designer & .NET Developer to own the visual and interactive evolution of our web and mobile experiences. As the dedicated design leader on the team, you'll have real autonomy to modernize our UI/UX using cutting-edge .NET technologies — Blazor (for high-performance web apps) and .NET MAUI (for cross-platform mobile reach, including Blazor Hybrid). This is your chance to shape a mission-critical product in a growing .NET ecosystem that's powering more enterprise B2B solutions every year.
You'll collaborate with 8 full-stack developers, 2 product managers, a dedicated QA engineer, and a 12+ person support team to deliver intuitive, efficient interfaces that directly improve staffing operations and client success.
What You'll Own & Achieve
- Lead the full redesign and modernization of our core web and mobile apps — from concept sketches and Figma prototypes, through stakeholder iteration with product & support, to implementation of responsive, performant UIs.
- Build and maintain scalable front-end features using the latest Blazor (Server, WebAssembly, and unified models) and .NET MAUI, delivering clean, responsive solutions optimized for speed and cross-device usability.
- Craft modular, reusable components and patterns that align with accessibility standards (WCAG), best practices, and our internal guidelines for long-term maintainability.
- Contribute to design critiques, code reviews, and team knowledge-sharing to raise the bar on quality and innovation.
- Diagnose and fix front-end bugs across browsers, devices, and platforms.
- Track emerging .NET front-end trends (e.g., AI-assisted workflows, performance enhancements) and propose improvements to keep us ahead.
What You'll Bring
- Deep passion for UI/UX and proven ability to create exceptional, user-centered experiences.
- 4+ years of professional front-end development experience, with strong .NET / C# expertise.
- Hands-on Blazor experience (1+ years preferred; solid grasp of components, state management, rendering modes, and best practices required).
- Mastery of HTML5, CSS3 (modern layouts like Grid/Flexbox, possibly Tailwind or similar), and responsive/adaptive design principles.
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with back-end services.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and creative mindset.
- Nice-to-Haves: .NET MAUI / Blazor Hybrid exposure, Figma proficiency for rapid prototyping, performance tuning (e.g., lazy loading, WebAssembly optimizations), accessibility expertise, or familiarity with staffing/workforce management domain.
How We Work
- Fully remote (work from anywhere in the US), full-time (40 hours/week).
- Core overlap required: 11 AM – 4 PM Eastern US time for smooth collaboration.
- High ownership with direct product impact — your decisions will influence thousands of daily users in the staffing ecosystem.
- Supportive team environment with room to grow alongside a modernizing .NET stack.
