Adam Gzowski serves as Interim CFO at Avionté, where he oversees the company’s financial operations and strategy. Adam brings nearly a decade of experience in private equity, investment banking, and financial advisory, with a deep understanding of SaaS business models, capital structure, and value creation.

Prior to joining Avionté, Adam served as Vice President on the Investment Team at Serent Capital — Avionté’s own growth equity sponsor — where he led proprietary sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio company support across vertically focused software investments. During his tenure, Adam closed seven platform investments, four acquisitions, and five exits, while serving on six boards. Before Serent, Adam worked as a Financial Analyst in the Financial Restructuring and Special Situations group at Houlihan Lokey, advising creditors and debtors in complex financial distress situations.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Business Administration from Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario, where he graduated with Dean’s Honor List distinction.
