As Chief Product Officer at Avionté, Jason Froelich leads product strategy and the teams responsible for delivering a unified, end-to-end platform for the staffing industry. He is focused on building technology that simplifies operations for agencies while creating better experiences for the talent they serve.

Jason brings deep experience scaling technology platforms and leading product teams through periods of high growth. He began his career in finance before earning his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, a transition that launched his career in product strategy and enterprise software.

Most recently, Jason served as Vice President of Product and General Manager for the HCM and ERP suites at Frontline Education, where he helped grow the company’s HR software portfolio into a cohesive, award-winning platform. Prior to Frontline, he was CEO of Teachers-Teachers, where he modernized the nation’s largest SaaS platform for teacher recruitment before its successful acquisition by Frontline.

Jason lives in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife and their four children. He is actively involved in his community and has served on several local education boards.
