Before Serent, Mike was CEO of MediaPRO, a digital security training company that he helped reposition, resulting in a strategic sale to KnowBe4. Before MediaPRO, he was CEO and president of Payscale.

Mike earned his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BSME from Clarkson University.
