Part of my challenge was getting us fitted and suited for Avionté. We had an old legacy ATS system with a competitor. Avionté gave me a specific project manager that worked with me and worked alongside of me to get all these tasks done. If they had a specific question, if they didn’t know it, they would go to the appropriate resource, get the answer, then get it back to me.
