Express is all franchisee owned. We have 860 franchisees across the country. What we need to do is deliver the best tools available so that they can be successful. We’ve had a proprietary system for almost forty years.

It does exactly what it needs to do, but we’re moving into a time where integrations and the platform staffing is going to probably be the future of what our industry looks like. So we needed a partner that could help us get there. When you’re trying to hire somebody that’s in their twenties and early thirties, they need a tool that has the functionality that they’ve used in their personal life. So they need to be able to use an app.
