We really wanted a mobile app, so we developed our app with Avionté.
It’s white label, ProResource’s name on it, so it does identify our brand. It’s a place that helps us to match people with what they’re looking for in a job, and then it also has a job board on it. Our candidates can see their schedules, what the job is about, and they can see their pay on there. So it’s kind of a one stop shop for them.
And then the recruiters, it just helps them in multiple phases of trying to onboard someone and get them interested in a job. Because we’re adapting all this new technology and seeing how we can profit from it and how we can propel our business forward. Our staff have become agents of change. They’re excited to see what’s coming down the pipe. They wanna learn more.
