I own Staffing Referrals, which is a platform that helps automate, track, and scale the referral programs for staffing firms.

We’ve been partnered with Avionté for, I think, about five years now. It’s one of our deeper and better partners and integrations. They’re responsive. They care about their customers, and they care about the relationship, and they’ve been able to build some element of the integration that other ATSs simply don’t have.

So there’s shared customers of ours with Avionté that have found that even in a down year, they can still have their revenue grow. So we had a customer that they had eight percent fewer placements last year, but their top line revenue was up nine percent, And that’s because they shifted their hires from Indeed over to Referrals, and Referrals just stay on contract longer because they’re going to work with a friend.
