Earlier this week, the Minnesota Business Magazine released their 2015 list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Minnesota, and we were excited to learn that, for the third year in a row, Avionté has made the list!
According to the magazine, the “100 Best” are selected by an independent research firm through the results of an anonymous online questionnaire, which is filled out by the employees of each company and asks a series of questions that focus on the areas of work environment, employee benefits, and overall employee happiness.
The top 100 scoring companies make up the 2015 Best Companies list.
“Congratulations on this recognition,” wrote the Editor in Chief of Minnesota Business Steve LeBeau, when the announcement was made. “We had an outstanding pool of nominees this year and the majority did not make the cut … We look forward to celebrating and honoring you and your team.”
Avionté Staffing Software will be presented with the award at the upcoming Minnesota Business Magazine awards event at the Depot renaissance Minneapolis, and will be highlighted in the June issue of Minnesota Business.
