Avionte Makes Minnesota Business Magazine’s 100 Best Companies List

Recently, Avionté learned that we made the 100 Best Companies to Work For list, published by the Minnesota Business Magazine! This is the second year the Minnesota Business Magazine has released a 100 Best Companies to Work For list, which the magazine describes as “a salute to Minnesota organizations setting the standard”.

The data used to determine the winners was gathered through an anonymous employee satisfaction survey. In the 2013 survey, the Minnesota Business Magazine asked Minnesotans what they deemed valuable at their company and in their general work life. The questions focused on areas such as work environment, employee benefits and employee happiness.
