Earlier this month, Avionté got some great news; for the second year in a row, Avionté made the Minnesota Business Magazine Best Companies to Work For list! This year’s list was announced in mid-March and established the award winners based on their high marks in employee satisfaction, collected from employee surveys.
Avionte Staffing Software was one of several technology companies on this year’s top 100 list, which included Apex Information Technologies, Intertech and The Nerdery, among others.
“People spend about one-third of their lives at work, so for a company looking to attract top talent, it helps to score high marks in employee satisfaction,” the article reads. “Businesses featured in our 100 Best Companies to Work For Awards have done just that.”
Avionté made two Minnesota Top Companies lists last year, including the Minnesota Business Magazine list, which placed Avionté among Haberman, Northwestern Mutual and other great companies in 2013.
