Our Paperless Mobile Onboarding solution provides a simple, easy way to engage, onboard and communicate with talent. With the ability to request the completion of E-Signature Documents powered by Adobe Sign, Assessments via IBM® Kenexa® Assess on Cloud, Personal Information, Direct Deposit, Criminal History and more, you can have a simple, streamlined interaction with talent and get the information you need quickly to keep a smooth onboarding process.

Now, we can’t wait to round out our Paperless Mobile Onboarding solution by offering two enhanced onboarding partnerships including E-Verify and Essential StaffCARE, providing an integrated way to verify employee eligibility and offer health benefits. Onboarding is just one part of our end-to-end staffing solution, and we will continue to push the bar in innovation to deliver what you need to run your business efficiently. CONNECT (previously Client Connection Forum – CCF) is a free two-day user conference packed with learning, knowledge-sharing and networking opportunities. Each year, over 350 staffing professionals gather from across the U.S. and Canada to network and learn.
Participation will include activities such as:

  • Network with peers in the industry to discover how other users are leveraging Avionté software on a day-to-day basis
  • Hear from our Product team about exciting new releases and upcoming functionality
  • Learn from Avionté resources on new and existing functionality to adopt new features
  • Influence the future of Avionté features by attending development workshops


Avionté: The Past, Present and Future

As we move onto the next stages of our Paperless Mobile Onboarding solution, we are excited for enhanced integrations of E-Verify and Essential StaffCARE (ESC) releasing as a part of our phased Paperless Mobile Onboarding delivery. These two partnerships complement our onboarding solution with a quick and easy way to verify employee eligibility and enroll employees in benefits.

With the availability of the Avionté Paperless Mobile Onboarding and the ability to request the completion of E-Signature Documents powered by Adobe Sign, our focus this month for compliance is the U.S. W-4 form.

Who needs a W-4 form?

When you hire an employee in the U.S., you must have the employee complete Form W-4, so that you, as the employer, have the marital status, withholding allowances, and any additional amount to use when calculating federal income tax withholding for the employee.

What if the employee doesn’t properly complete the form?

If the employee does not properly complete the form, you must withhold income taxes as if the employee was single and claiming no allowances.

Can I provide my employees with a Spanish version of the form?

Yes, you can provide the Spanish version of the form, Form W-4(SP) instead of Form W-4 for Spanish-speaking employees.

My employee updated their W-4 form, when must the employer change the withholding?

If you receive an updated W-4 form, you must put that form into effect no later than the start of the first payroll ending on or after the 30th day from the date the revised form was received. The employer should honor the changes unless the form is invalid or a lock-in letter applies.
