Product Trainer

The Product Trainer is responsible for equipping Avionté customers and internal teams with the knowledge and skills to successfully adopt and optimize Avionté's platform. Acting as a subject matter expert and trusted educator, the Product Trainer delivers high-quality training experiences that drive engagement, confidence, and measurable outcomes. This role blends instructional design, product expertise, and customer enablement to ensure clients gain full value from their investment in Avionté's solutions. The ideal candidate is a quick, adaptive thinker who brings innovative ideas to the table and embraces AI tools as a core part of how they work and create.
 
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery and Facilitation
Conduct live and virtual training sessions for clients on Avionté's core and add-on products, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience. Tailor training content based on audience needs, skill levels, and use cases, ranging from new client onboarding to advanced feature enablement. Deliver internal enablement sessions to support Avionté teams (Customer Success, Support, Sales, Implementation) in maintaining deep product knowledge. Think quickly on your feet to adjust delivery in real time and keep learners engaged.

Curriculum Development
Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, eLearning modules, videos, and documentation that align with current product functionality and best practices. Partner with Product, Implementation, and Marketing teams to ensure training content reflects the latest product updates and release changes. Leverage AI tools in the development of content, following team-recommended workflows and bringing forward new ideas for how AI can improve training quality, speed, and reach. Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness using participant feedback and performance metrics.

Customer Enablement and Adoption
Support the onboarding process by delivering product-specific training that accelerates time to value and adoption. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Directors to identify training gaps and create custom enablement plans for strategic accounts. Promote consistent use of standardized workflows to improve user efficiency and ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a liaison between Product, Training, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on messaging and release readiness. Provide insights from training sessions back to Product and Support teams to inform product enhancements and documentation improvements.

Quality and Consistency
Maintain consistency across all training materials and delivery methods, ensuring content reflects Avionté's tone, brand, and customer-centric approach. Adhere to established instructional design standards and contribute to continuous improvement of training methodologies, including team-approved approaches to AI-assisted content creation.

Metrics and Reporting
Track training attendance, satisfaction, and impact on customer adoption and retention. Provide regular reporting and analysis of training outcomes to leadership.
 
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in client-facing product training, instructional design, or software enablement, preferably within SaaS or the staffing industry. 
Proven experience delivering virtual and in-person training to diverse audiences. 
Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics quickly and confidently. 
Excellent written communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail. 
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), eLearning tools, and content authoring software. 
Comfort with AI tools and a genuine curiosity about how to use them innovatively within a team-guided framework. 
Ability to think and move quickly, adapting to changing priorities and fast-paced release cycles. 
Experience in the staffing or HR technology space is a plus. 
Ability to travel to customer or company events as needed. 
Strong organizational and calendar management skills.
