Avionté Hires Veteran Sales Executive Rena Daitzchman as Senior VP of Sales & Marketing

Experienced sales executive, Rena Daitzchman, joins Avionté as the Senior VP of Sales & Marketing. She will lead the company’s overall sales and marketing outreach and oversee the sales team and strategy for the rollout of the new integrated solution.

Eagan, MN, April 23, 2019 –(PR.com)– Avionté, a leader in staffing and recruiting software, announced that it has appointed proven sales leader, Rena Daitzchman, as the new Senior VP of Sales and Marketing for the company.

Daitzchman will lead the company’s overall sales and marketing outreach to the staffing industry, building close relationships with staffing agencies and other industry participants. Her extensive leadership experience in high-growth businesses will advance Avionté’s growth and market position as the business expands into new segments.

With the recent acquisition of COMPAS Technology, Daitzchman will oversee the sales team and strategy for the rollout of the new integrated solution and partner closely with Brian Vesce, Senior Vice President of the IT & Professional Market and founder of COMPAS, to extend Avionté’s strong market position in IT & Professional staffing. She will be dedicated to a client-centric, high-performing sales and marketing culture that focuses on education and bringing product awareness to the industry.

Prior to Avionté, she led the integration of sales teams across four acquisitions within CEB, now Gartner, in the talent management practice. Most recently, she served as the SVP of Sales at Tethr.
