Balance Staffing: Streamlining with Avionté

[MUSIC PLAYING] When I first started in the industry, the stats were you interviewed ten people to find five good ones. Now, we’re interviewing 25 people to find five good ones. Not only is it trying to find the people to apply for the jobs, than those that are applying for the jobs aren’t what our clients are looking for. So there’s more cost as far as having a recruiter in the seat but we’re seeing less sales because we can’t fill the orders. It’s a completely different struggle.
