The team represents a customer’s first interaction with the company and the goal is to provide them the information and support they need to make an informed decision about Avionté’s staffing software solution. The team’s ultimate goal is for every staffing company that can benefit from partnering with Avionté be given the information necessary to select our services.
Avionté’s implementation team is responsible for ensuring clients are set up for success by providing expert guidance through the entire client implementation process from inception to going live with Avionté. The implementation team’s primary focus is to provide an exceptional client experience by leading clients through the process as quickly and easily as possible, managing the project scope and completing the outlined work on time.
Our client support team assists Avionté clients in need of technical assistance. Their primary responsibilities are handling incoming customer requests in a highly communicative and efficient manner. The team takes a professional, detailed and communicative approach to technical solutions resulting in high levels of customer service.
Our account management team is responsible for leading the overall customer experience. The team works to drive account retention, satisfaction and growth by developing a strong working relationship and a deep understanding of each clients’ unique workflow. The team’s main goal is to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high degree of connectivity related to product utilization and enhancement requests, growth strategies and recommended partnerships.
Our development team is responsible for creating innovative, usable software that solves business problems for clients. The team is organized around product lines and operates with agile software methodologies, taking a collaborative and pragmatic approach when developing software for clients. The team’s goal is to not just create mobile-first, SaaS-based products – but to create software that empowers our clients to succeed.
Avionté’s product team is responsible for researching, planning and executing a detailed product plan.
