Avionté packs meals for Feed My Starving Children

Last Thursday, 5 employees of Avionté used a Hope Day to make food packs for Feed My Starving Children.   This non-profit organization hand-packs meals specifically formulated for malnourished children, and ships the meals to nearly 70 countries around the world.   “Before we left, we decided to donate $320 to FMSC which would feed 3 children for a year. It is just crazy to think that it would only take $80 bucks to feed a child for a year.” said Avionté Employee Alex Jonson.

Last week, the Sales, IT and the Implementation teams all spent some time volunteering in Eagan, Minn. for Feed My Starving Children (FMSC). The organization, which was founded in 1987, provides targeted, nutritious food assistance to nearly 70 countries in the developing world through missionary partnerships at orphanages, schools, clinics, refugee camps and malnourishment centers.
