Based in Eagan, Minn., Avionté was founded in 2005 and has grown to be a leader in its space by offering innovative staffing software solutions to the HR industry with a strong focus on customers and service.
According to Inc., for 35 years, the magazine has published the fastest-growing private companies in America, which Inc. calls the “superheroes of the U.S. economy”. Avionté first made the list in 2012.
Avionté is celebrating a three-year growth rate of 110% and 2015 revenue at 13.6 M. Avionté has maintained its fast growth by investing heavily in Development and by treating its customers and employees right. Avionté invested 19 percent in R&D in 2015 alone and has significantly increased this investment rate in 2016. And despite massive growth, the company has maintained a three-year user retention rate of 99 percent by focusing on customer satisfaction through annual Client Connection Forum events, their roadshow training series, multiple releases each year and more.
Earlier this year, Avionté was listed as one of Inc’s 50 Best Places to Work in the U.S and also placed on the 2016 Minnesota Business Magazine Top Workplaces, making it the 4th consecutive year on the list.
